THEY SOLD IT KNOWING THESE REPAIRS WHERE TRASH AND LEFT PIECES OFF, AS WELL AS NOT PUTTING ELECTRICAL WIRE PROTECTION ON SEE PICS NO B.S. this company butchers trailers doubles the price and "sends it." I've only had this trailer for a year it shouldn't be like this if a great or reliable company went through it with in-house people. Look around.

We've bought several campers from other dealerships and this one was the best. Michael and his sales team were great. No high pressure sales or gimmicky price drops. The service team was friendly and efficient when it came time for the final walk through of our new camper. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Thank you guys! Highly recommend!

Sold us the wrong weight distribution system for our trailer then set it up incorrectly, causing a dangerous and destructive situation. We bought a new trailer from these guys. When they were going through weight distribution system options, they told us we wanted the 12K Equal-i-zer hitch. We asked why not 14K and they told we didn’t want to be overrated for our 11K trailer. On our first trip we experienced such bad porpoising/chucking that we had to pull off the highway and sleep in a sketchy parking lot for the night. When we called Camping World, West Boylston, they couldn’t help us at all. The next day we went to CW in Hamburg, PA. They eyeballed everything and said it looked good. Because that’s how mechanical things work. The porpoising continued to be a major problem, causing cabinets to detach from the walls, furniture to move, and generally making towing unsafe. We spent some time at the CAT scales and reviewed the manual for the Equal-i-zer. Turned out the weight distribution system was adjusted so it was doing absolutely nothing and we had a massive amount of tongue weight on the hitch. Also turned out that the whole system had been installed incorrectly. The tongue and the ball should be 1”-1.5” apart and CW had set it up close to 6” apart. That’s just a baseline adjustment that’s really hard to screw up. This is the best part— the 12K Equal-i-zer isn’t even rated for the DRY tongue weight of our trailer. This was a MASSIVE safety issue but it didn’t seem to bother CW much. It was all I could do to convince them to send me the correctly rated WD system after sending them photos of the deformed metal on the hitch they had sold us. Suffice it to say, we won’t be buying anything from these guys again.
